All SSA complaints should be forwarded to Senator Elizabeth Warren’s office since she’s the only one actively trying to get answers.

Hoping for a Miracle with this meeting, but we know he will lie. If she pushes too hard he will become even more of a bully to the remaining SSA employees. If he agrees with her ( which we know he won’t) he will only be lying appease her and still do whatever he wants.
He’s unchecked with power and can’t be stopped..He knows and he loves it !! SSA is only falling apart more and more daily. He has killed what little moral was left.
No Miracles for SSA employees, the horror persist the mass exodus will continue !
Frank will be so happy so he “save agency money” by reducing staff and also by buying the buildings of the offices in which he wants to consolidate( before the consolidation) that way he always make his money as an SSA landlord.
Again all he knows and keeps telling managers is that he knows real estate and how to save money .. That means office consolidation( letting go of employees )and AI total telephone system and no more Customer Services Reps position as they will all be permanent TSC employees under his watch ! Claims Specialist will have to do everything with no relief or support and mor back logged claims.
Pretty much his idea of helping SSA is trying to run it like a private sector ..
Scary times …
Is Warren really able to get into the weeds of program admin? I see her more as a lofty intellectual focused on expanding Social Security. More solvency side. Here's to hoping I suppose
