finding a job opening and being able to perform a menial job are two different things.Remember, the law says that someone is disabled if they are able to perform ANY job that is available in significant numbers in the national economy. The test is NOT, can this person find a job opening and get hired.
10:44Keep eroding that safety net and hope that your gated community does not hire someone who is cable of the "security surveillance monitor" job by our standards. After all we deny people on that basis all day long, but who of us would really want that person guarding our families safety.
