Typical Government idiocy. I have been an optical professional and just wait until you try to determine visual acuity efficiency, visual field efficiency, and visual efficiency. This is next to impossible for anyone other than an ophthalmologist to decipher. Good luck my friends, stay thirsty..

Not sure why this is 'government idiocy.' I'm a disability examiner and I have been calculating visual efficiency without too much of a struggle.
Really, how come I never, ever see them in my files??
