During the Senate hearing, this guy came off as a clueless dope. It didn't look like an act. In addition, SSA's fuzzy math ignores the fact that with adequate counsel and a level playing field, most of Conn's clients would have been likely found disabled. 25 years for this boob shocks the conscience.
