Never heard of a SSA office giving out a list of attorneys. They do give out lists of places that will refer you to an attorney. Not sure what good an SSA 721 (report of death by funeral director) is going to do anyone and a 1724 is to claim an underpayment due to someone else, not to file benefits. Seems like some information is missing regarding his case.
