From tomorrow's Federal Register:
We published in the Federal Register on April 18, 2024, a final rule to revise the time period we consider when determining whether an individual’s past work is relevant for the purposes of making disability determinations and decisions under our rules. The preamble of that final rule cited an effective date of June 8, 2024. This rulemaking defers that effective date to June 22, 2024.

Curious why. I suspect it's just a matter of not yet being ready. There's no new SSR explaining the new standard, and the old ones identifying 15 years have not yet been rescinded. Also, poms/hallex need to be updated.
I suspect the revised forms were not ready yet either.
SSRs are on Federal Register site for public inspection today. Forms were approved by OMB 5/28.
