Sure, it is the beginning of IVT training for the claimants, who will have to start filing their own claims by themselves on the internet with no human intervention. Good luck on that.
Maybe Judge Judy can lead a hearings process improvement..... too many people scam the system. It is epidemic these days - that people are always trying to get something for nothing.... It's these scammers who clog the disability backlog and prevent really disabled people from getting their claims decided promptly. Screening / Triage of claims up front is a great idea... hence QDD and CAL.
That is just nonsense--QDD and CAL are absolutely nothing like a triage. I wish people who know nothing about the Social Security disability process would refrain from clogging up this blog with irrelevant comments. There is an extremely low occurrence of "scammers" in the process.
