Social Security Offices To Be Closed On December 26
Normally, federal employees get only one day off at Christmas. This year, by order of President Bush, they will get off both the 25th and 26th. Why did he wait until now to make the announcement?

oh give it a break......
we got a day off before Christmas last year.....announced about two weeks befoe....same as this year....
this is no different than the past four presidents and how they gave off days when there was only one day between Christmas and the weekend.
if you're dumb enough to keep your use it or lose til the end of the year......you deserve to lose it.
Yeah probably one of those people that come to work coughing and sneezing too.
