Probably a liberal. He didn't see it as stealing because it's a "collective" wealth, just like Social Seurity!

I hope he gets 45 years if convicted. As far as I am concerned, this guy is an alleged criminal hacker. A long sentence with deter future misconduct and unauthorized access to private information - not to mention stealing.

This man's fraud is nothing compared to Obama's.

To solve the national debt crisis, I propose Obama print a one quadrillion dollar federal reserve note with the god-king (Obama) on one side and his palace (The White House) on the other. (Anyone remember that poor unarmed woman who was killed for encroaching upon His Majesty's palace grounds?) Obama could then prevail upon a conniving Congress to raise the debt limit to one quadrillion, 17 trillion dollars and spend all he wants on ObamaCare, food stamps, Medicaid, ObamaPhones, section 8 housing, and all the other goodies the Democrats use to buy people's votes.

He retired from SSA. He was serving as a non-attorney representative at the time he was arrested and indicted.

obamaphone...program started under reagan, began "giving away" cell phones under w.

has any of you super hardcore libertarian types ever considered the possibility that spending can result in returns? I mean, you appreciate that concept in private business and your own lives, but it seems that the phenomenon is impossible in your eyes when it comes to gov't.

a subsidized cell phone has costs, but what if that cell phone prevents a trip to the ER or two (or a ride in an ambulance), or even once in a while helps somebody secure employment. One trip to the ER costs more than four "obamaphone" yearly bills...
