I think not. Social security retirement pays proportionally higher benefits to low pay short term workers. Those workers get a better deal than the steady working middle class worker and at the expense of those steady workers. Better to have highly educated, highly paid, high end workers immigrate. They should be less of a burden to the welfare system and pay more in SS taxes.
