I have no idea what happened yesterday with the Bisignano nomination. The Senate Finance Committee held a session to consider the nomination but recessed without a vote after some member statements on the nomination. Maybe it had something to do with Senator Booker’s filibuster. In any case, they’re scheduled to meet again to consider the nomination at 2:15 Eastern today. This session won’t be televised,

Speculation this morning that Musk is exiting DOGE. CNBC reporting that his departure from DOGE was influenced by Tesla's declining sales. DOGE and ACOSS have been silent for a week.
The Oscar goes to Senator Booker! Bisignano will be confirmed later today.
It only lasted for 23 mins. Senator Wyden wanted the whistleblower's allegations considered b/f a vote took place. Senators Cantwell and Warnock and also voiced concern about the nominee: https://www.c-span.org/program/senate-committee/senate-finance-committee-considers-social-security-administration-commissioner-nomination/657935
Yes! Go Booker! I obviously didn't watch all 24 hours+ of his filibuster, but when I did tune in, he rarely went off topic of bashing Trump/Musk. I do hope he continues to beat it into the head of his constituents that this is NOT alright what is going on.
