I have answered the question, but I have a minor pick. The term "interim benefits" is I suspect not the correct term. "Benefit or payment continuation" is a more common term, or in the case of SSI "Goldberg vs. Kelly" payments. Am I missing something.

Re 8:29--You aren't missing anything. Mr. Hall often uses incorrect terms.
