A Message to All SSA Employees

Subject: Time Sensitive: ‘Accomplishments’ Assignment

You should have received an email yesterday from the sender “HR” requesting that you reply to that email with 5 bullets about your accomplishments last week. This email is a legitimate assignment and should not be reported as spam. You must take the action requested by the deadline.

Things to do:

Review your work over the last week and identify the most impactful mission-critical work accomplishments that advances our public service mission, as well as the Administration’s priorities. This is an opportunity to highlight the important work you do that helps impact the lives of those we serve.
Reply to the email from HR with 5 bullets describing your accomplishments:
Don’t include any sensitive or confidential information, including details that aren’t available to the public.
Where relevant, include the specific SSA programs or operational priorities that your accomplishments support.
Include your immediate supervisor in the cc line of your response.

Deadline:

Your response to the HR email is due no later than 11:59pm EST on Monday, February 24, 2025.

So much for the acting commissioner standing up for SSA employees. Making us reply to this demeaning assignment, which only takes time away from the work we do helping the public.

And what is this nonsense that we are supposed to include in our response how my work advances "the Administration's priorities". My job is to help Social Security claimants, process claims. I don't care which administration is the White House, Democrat or Republican.

I don't have time time or the crayons needed to explain what I do to these morons, much less condense it down to bullet points. What a waste of time and taxpayer money.

I'm an outsider, member of the public.

Is this meant to demean the men and women working at SSA?

It seems like a homework assignment for students.

I worked my butt off serving the public, about half of which doesn’t deserve anything more than a s**t-sandwich. And unlike Elon and Trump, I didn’t spend a single second reading Twitter (that’s right jacka$$), getting into childish fights, calling heroes ”fully retarded“, playing video games or golf, watching Fox News, using illegal drugs, bullying my staff, or abusing my authority to divert taxpayers’ funds into my wallet or force businesses to advertise on my failing social media platform.

Oh my - if you thought Lee was going to stand up for SSA employees, you haven't been paying an ounce of attention this week....

Um …. FOIA ?

You should not be surprised that Quisling is all-in on the nonsense.

Sorry, I meant Dudek. I'm 150 and getting paid benefits so sometimes I forget which traitorous collaborator is which.

And if you don't respond? Like whose going to review over a million replies!?!? Shiz dumb AF

Anonymous said...

I mean, has the administration even articulated any priorities for SSA?

Good thing I don't still work for SSA. My answer would consist of two words.

With approximately millions of response across the entire federal government, DOGE must be sending this data through an AI analysis tool. It is clearly part of a much bigger goal to replace as many federal employees as possible by the mid term elections.
They are probably feeding the data into the new ChatGPT Gov or a comparable xAI system that will build a job profile and define a comprehensive scope of work for each job series in the government.

The infrastructure is already in place to make this change happen sooner than most people realize. For instance OpenAI released ChatGPT Gov that is compliant with federal law. It also can easily integrate with the Microsoft services used as SSA.

He's simply trying to weed out fraud, as there are people collecting checks who do so little work they don't even bother to check email. It's a simple 5 minute exercise to help root out more fraud, and that's it! Why the uproar and panic? Why so much resistance to trying to get our 36 trillion debt down? If we default, and someday we might, then we are really in trouble.
