There are so many news articles coming out about Social Security that it's hard to keep up. Let me share a few that seem notable to me:
- MSN -- Trump’s nominee to lead Social Security Administration to face questions over DOGE cuts
- Paul Krugman -- Social Security: A Time for Outrage
- Government Executive -- Regional boards for federal agency coordination officially disbanded
- Michigan Live -- AARP calls latest Social Security changes ‘deeply unacceptable.’ Will you be impacted?
- CNBC -- Senators press Trump Social Security nominee on his views about privatizing the agency
- WSJ -- Dealing With Social Security Is Heading From Bad to Worse

The agency and the administration need to be kept under a microscope. The administration is attempting to perform a shakedown of the American public in broad daylight and this cannot be allowed.

Musk Comes for the ‘Third Rail of American Politics’
Donald Trump promised to protect social security. Elon Musk didn’t.
Glad the press is getting more involved. In the past (don't know if it will still be the same now), once the media gets involved, the problems just magically fix themselves as far as "grandma can't get the help she requires though SSA" situations. POOF! Within days, grandma is helped (in a lot of articles, not all). Lets hope the media still has some pull.
Social Security offices eagerly awaiting the confirmation of Mr. Frank Bisignano. Hopefully he can keep carrying on the excellent work of ACOSS Dudek. Smart cost-cutting, superior service.
It's like drinking from a firehose...
Good ole’ Lurkin’ Lee! Pack your stuff up buddy because “You’re fired!”
3:25 - Always fascinating to see that there are people who literally have nothing else to do with their time (or lives) - in the meanwhile, those of us that really understand what is happening will continue to do what we can to slow down the destruction of this Agency.... Maybe it's time for you to recarpet Mom's basement?
Obvious troll is obvious.
